Food delivery, small business loans, credit card issuing, and all the infrastructures based on mobile internet has been already widely established in China's tier 1 to tier 3 cities. What about tier 4 or 5 or even further down? It was still a blue ocean. A Chinese local tech start-up named Fundamental Tech reached out to me in 2018 with the mission of building all mobile internet infrastructure for Chinese counties and townships using blockchain technology.
